AI use-case prioritiser

Too many AI ideas and no way to choose? Score each one on user value, feasibility and risk, and get a ranked list with a suggested next step. It runs in your browser and nothing is stored.

Your ideas

Add up to eight. Be honest about feasibility: does the data exist, today, in a system?

How the score works

User value counts double, because an AI feature nobody needs is worthless however easy it is. Feasibility asks whether the data and skills exist now. Risk is inverted: a high-risk idea scores lower, because decisions about people, money or safety need more governance before they pay back.

What to do with the result

  • Top idea: define a two-week proof of concept with a clear success measure and test it with real users.
  • Middle: run a short discovery to firm up the data and the risks before committing.
  • Bottom: park it, or reframe it as a smaller process improvement rather than an AI feature.

This is the same first pass we do in an AI opportunity discovery, where the scores come from research rather than a hunch.
